Mk3 Ibiza Air Con removal Query

HI there, been hunting high and low and didnt really wanna post onto an old thread.

Iv just deleted air con on my mk 3 ibiza, everything is out, but just wondered, do you need to plug the holes which head into the bulk head, i assume for feeding cool air into cab.

When I did mine I never bothered to plug the wholes up and it's been fine

Nah I haven't got to drive it yet lol, still putting turbo etc back in, just deleted it while all in bits for extra space. I had read somewhere that there was a performance difference between two similarly matched ibiza's, one with air con one with out. But I can't see any reason why there would be....so just wondered
