Mk4 Ibiza Cupra

Does anyone know if there's a guide on here for changing pads on the standard SEAT Sport 4 pot calipers?
I've looked and can't see anything.
I'm guessing you have to split the calipers?
Sods Law it needs new pads just as I want to flog it to get a Mk 2 Leon :/

knock the pin out and swap the pads. typically far easier said than done :-/
