Took my car to Motorvogue for a 20,000 mile service. When I booked it in I mentioned 3 things that needed looking at, dodgy radio, rattle from rear seats and condensation problem.
Got a call to say they couldn't find a problem with the radio, the rattle is normal and there was no sign of damp so they couldn't explain the condensation. I told them it wasn't normal for the windscreen to get so much condensation that it dripped on the dash and to have another look.
On my way to fetch the car, I live 40 minutes away, I got a call to say they had caught the right hand side of the bumper on the ramp looking for the condensation problem and would need to send it to the body shop to get it fixed. As I was almost there I carried on and got a courtesy car, 1.2 Punto. Went back to fetch the car yesterday and the repair is crap, it's about 2mm too low and 2mm too far out and the paint is covered in orange peal. I tried to point it out and got told I'd have to check in day light and if it's not satisfactory I'd need to book it in again.
They cleaned the car, inside and out, they only cleaned the surface of the wheels and inside they hoovered the mats but not the bits around the edge.
At no point did I get any form of apology or offer of compensation. What's even worse is that I got new front tyres today and had the rear tyre pressures checked as they looked low, they were 10psi too low. What exactly do they do in a service for £205??
They didn't even solve the condensation problem.
Unfortunately I'm going to have to take it back to get the bumper repaired, then I'm going to have to find a new dealer for my next service.
If you hadn't already guessed, I wouldn't recommend Motorvogue to anyone.
