my A3 average 36/37, the Golf before 42/44 so i would say your figures are about right, although i get 40mpg out of a 99 V Pug 206 petrol

Its a 2.0 140 PD unit with a Celtic remap

I'm gonna miss my 1.6 tdci fiesta when my 170 fr comes in June....

Filled it up last night, had done 399.8 miles and cost just £50.47. Can get more for that aswell - cracking wee car.

Just found this site that works out your mpg (for lazy people who can't be bothered to do the maths) because the one's on the car aren't always 100%.

I get about 53mpg at a constant 70mph cruise.

i travel to middlesbrough from leeds everyday 75miles i get 49mpg thats doing 75mph to 30quids worth of diesel i can get around 250miles in my pd140 thats remmaped also
