Mid 20’s around town, mid 30’s on a run. You didn’t buy one of these for the fuel economy

Mine auq remapped does like 20mpg (LPG) in town with many "heavy foot" moments...
And normal town driving, shifting around 3krpm it does around 11-12L per 100km so its like 25mpg (LPG)

Mk1 LCR has to be one of my favourite ‘modern car’ styles, doesn’t seem to have dated and always looks good against modern stuff. Keep its wheels rolling for as long as you can, cars that go into storage stay there or end up as parts imho

Cheers all, yes tax is a pain in the arse to be honest cannot justify it really. By my Mégane 1.6 was £200 so £125 more divide by 12 is £8.33 more a month. If you break it down.

Mine was low 20’s around town, mine seems to be worse now I’m stage 2, like high teens now. It’s a 2nd car so I’m not arsed. It does 9mpg on track!

Low 20s round town on a short journey upto 5 miles, high 20s over 5 miles around town, low 30s out of town over 5 miles and 35mpg on a long motorway run. If you want 40 to 55 mpg get a diesel which is 80% of the performance with double the mpg and I've owned both 4 years each.
