What year is your Leon?
I would imagine you could do a muffler delete which removes the middle silencer (on my MK2 FR it cost me £90), not sure if that will pass an MOT these days...
You mention you don't want the cat back option is that due to price or looks? as you can get exhausts that look the same on the tips but have wider pipes for a better noise... the biggest difference is they will be shiny lol
If you let me know your year or MK I can put this in the correct section so you get more traffic for an answer quicker
