Hi All,

I am needing to take my car somewhere for its ~30k service, however the local dealership (in Chelt) shut down several months back. It's not feasible for me to take the car any distance as I have to get to work etc.

Does anyone know of any reliable garages they could recomend in Gloucestershire?

I might be forced to take it to the local VW garage, and I would assume VW would in general charge more?

Apologies if this post is in the wrong place.

Cheers.

I always use Julian Rogers Autoservices in Kingsbarton Street, Gloucester. Not dealers, but good service and will do a manufactureres standard service to maintain warranty .

I take my Mk2 Ibiza Cupra to the lads at PowerStation.

Yes they maybe known as Subaru Specialists but there quite handy at most things and the SEAT has never been better since I've taken it to them. Their a friendly bunch and will always make time for a chat over a coffee.. Quality of work is 1st class!!

Give Dirk, Rich or Karl a call on +441684292555

I live in North Oxfordshire and would rather travel the hour to have workmanship i trust than anything local..

Cheers for the info, I ended going to the chap who normally does my MOT, he's very thorough and the 30k service cost £175, if i'm still in chelt when the car is at 40k I might take a drive to Stonehouse.
