If it's this bit, it took ages to get right. Just make sure and use a high quality wrap, 3M being the the best. Use a heat gun as opposed to a hair dryer and it'll save you a ton of pain. But the most important thing is to make sure the part is super duper clean. Scrub the sh*t out it. Also helps if you give it a light sanding. Not to rough it up but to flatten the part completely..
