booked a day off to get a 3” turbo back with sports cat for my mk1 Cupra r at a good quoted price. Reception was brilliant and guys were ok. While my car was there I seen the guys around my car looking confused. Cut a long story short, they couldn’t do it. I was told they couldn’t get to the turbo. Then 15 later my turbo nuts were loosened. I told them to not bother as my faith in their experience just wasn’t there. I’m gutted tbh as I totally wasted my morning. An exhaust specialist who cannot fit an exhaust. Crazy really, I’m sure they have done good jobs but my experience is that it’s not the company for me.
