Cheers mate.

I'm well up for a cleaning session. Might even give her a polish if weather permits!

Finally got her cleaned at the weekend (although she's dirty again already) and got some pictures in before it rained!

I'm much happier with the overall looks of the car now. Still needs a bit of work but it's getting there :)

Got a few bits on order today to try and tidy up the engine bay.

The plan is to re-route the intercooler pipework around the side of the engine where there's loads of space, then i'll work the catch tank around that.

Got some bits going in for powder coating next week too!:)

Update:

Today the car got another clean (that's now two weekends in a row!!!) and i started sorting bits out in the engine bay.

The main aim is to neaten things up a bit. I ordered a battery cover (hopefully should be here tomorrow) so i relocated the fuse box from the top of the battery.
Injector wiring has now been tucked away, and i bolted on another rocker cover as mine goes in for painting tomorrow! Also fitted the correct bung for the washer bottle.

The result:

Still got so much more to do!

Hopefully the intercooler pipework will be here within the next few days so i can start figuring that out.

Im liking the hidden fuse box mate, another idea i may borrow at some point

Intercooler pipework and the painting should tidy it all up a treat, remember it's a track car tho not a show and shiner ;)

Fuse box still needs some work. I might take it all out and re-do it anyway as the battery tray needs a paint and it'll be easier to fit the intercooler pipework when it arrives.

It'll never be a show and shiner!

Can't wait to take it on track!

Love that picture of your engine Stu, that's what gave me the idea for getting mine painted!

I took the rocker cover to get powder coated this morning so hopefully should have it back next week.

Started to strip the paint off or the inlet manifold and polish it too. It's going to take some time but hopefully it will be worth it in the end:)
