After 6 years of ownership my Toledo V5 is up for sale and I need something bigger for my family. Not sure what is worth, probably not a lot ! Make me an offer

Pretty much full service history. (Two services in log book have no documentation .. though do have the stamps in the log book)
Remapped @ DNA Tuning @ 120k miles. So no flat spot and pulls like a train and still sounds awesome..
MOT until end of December 2016.

Evertything works except whats stated below. Usual V5 toys including
Cruise control, ice cold air con, traction control, trip computer, 6 CD multi changer,
Rain sensitive wipers (wiper motor changed few years ago) electric front seats, heated electric mirrors
Bad points ..
Dings and marks as you would expect on a car this age
Only one key (no remote fob)
Footwells leak (esp rear passenger side get wet).. I have had pollen filter housing resealed, ECU plate resealed, all 4 doors have had door cards resealed .. and it still leaks water a little though no where need as bad as it was when I bought it.
Passenger electric window needs a new winder mechanism. Driver one is being replaced this week.
Alarm doesn't work..
Still plenty of life left and engine is very strong. Only ever used OEM or better parts and has been well looked after.
I will full valet the car prior to sale.
