yeah you should do the inside of yer headlights imperial blue
Hmmmmm wonder what that would be like?
I think it'd be naff mate, sounds like a good idea in your head but try and picture it... i personally don't think it would work.
wish i'd never seen your grill now lee, i wasn't sure if i wanted one or not but now i know i can't have one i really want one
Also the lights would need to come back off
Swap bumpers mate to pre-facelift and you can
i don't want one that bad!
Nooo we need to rep the pre-facelift massive
Nice job on the lights Lee, i wish my angel eyes were that bright, you can see them at all if the suns still up.
Thanks, yeah they are brighter than standard bmw rings but not the aftermarket CCFl's you can buy.
I did try standard bulbs and led bulbs but they were less than candles compared to now.
How did you get the rings so bright?
I used CCFL rings, and mounted them so they shine through the angel eye rings.
S3 illuminated interior dash vents fitted now.
No pics as even i can't see them illuminated in daylight
I'll get some tonight
And now, seeing as it is dark
Cool, how did you do that?
They are out of an Audi S3.
They just needed a loom making up and I tapped into my dimmer for the boost gauge and an earth.
Nice mod, seems quite easy to do, were they expensive?
I got them s/h for £60 new they are £85+ vat.
Love the shades as a good alternative to tinting.
If you dont mind, How much were they, where do you get them from and were they easy to fit?
This is the company http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayI...iid=310109190175&sspagename=VIP:feedback:2:uk phone them up and ask them they were about £85.
Very easy to fit.
