Out of interest what are people using for top up Oil?

I didn't get anything with the car, but looking at Seat's website:

"SEAT recommends Castrol EDGE Professional Longlife III 5W-30 and Longlife IV FE 0W-20"

Looking at the 11-2018 owners manual on P48 under "If the engine oil level is too low" it reads:

You can get information about the correct engine oil for your vehicle in your specialised shop. If you have to change your engine oil, use this oil.
If the recommended engine oil is not available, in the event of an emergency you can change the oil once with a maximum of 0.5 L of the next oil until the next oil change:
Petrol engines: standard VW 504 00, VW 502 00, VW 508 00, ACEA C3 or API SN.
Diesel engines: standard VW 507 00, VW 505 01, ACEA C3 or API CK-4.

Using engine oil that is compliant with the VW 504 00 standard instead of VW 508 00 could increase consumption and the vehicle’s CO2 emissions

This last bit is not in the 07-2018 manual!

I'm guessing to help with the emissions they are using 0w-20?

According to Parkers, cars after 20/12/18 have a lower 1st years tax - https://www.parkers.co.uk/seat/leon/hatchback-2013/car-tax/ (search for Cupra).

My March 2018 Cupra has just covered 11,000 miles now, I don’t think it’s been topped up since new, does anyone know when it’s due a change or will it alert me when it needs topping up?

So now I've seen this on an ateca I believe, would look good on the copra even better for the small number of us with beats...... View attachment 4025

For info Value is 10 gives you that on an Ateca unit adding this to the end of the old boys list. Came up on the Ateca Cupra side over a conversation on images in the 5F unit. Not sure what it would pull up on a Leon Cupra but perhaps you got it already in some. Images laying about in the firmware which get added on updates as models evolve.
