MY20 Cupra Rear Bumper/Diffuser Assembly

I've had a look at the guides on the Guide's section. One is for an ST, the other is for a Cupra 280.

There is also a video for a leon, however this also looks like it might be preface lift since it was posted in 2016.

Can anyone confirm whether the whole bumper has to come off to swap the diffuser round? What is the purpose for this, is it to access the clips holding the diffuser in or are there screws you cant reach without first removing the whole bumper?

If anyone can provide some photos of their process for doing this, that would be helpful. Also if guide for the 280 is still relevant, I can make use of that.

Found a pretty good video of it actually. It's in Spanish but look like you just have to rip that thing off! HE starts pulling it off just after the 3 minute mark.
