N249 bypass problem

Done the n249 bypass today and had also read on a thread here that yo needed to then adjust your dump valve( i have forge split-r) the problem is that i am now getting a lot of rattling from the dump valve, i have managed to get it to a setting where it dosnt rattle but was just wondering if anybody had an idea why this is happening??

Soon as you touch anything boost related u have to change ur DV IE split-r or Turbosmart

Needs tightening up somemore..Had this with my turbosmart and jus tighten it up a click at a time and it will stop...

thank god i got rid of it tho...Cant beat my 007p

Should i turn it fully anti-clockwise then start tightening a click at a time or is it the opposite way around m8?
