Errm don't know if this is a stupid question, but do ferodo do these ds2500's for the standard calipers on my tfsi sport? If not are there any other decent pads to upgrade to? Had the car remaped and would like a bit more stopping poke but only for road use (for the time being)! Cheers all!
which model sir? what size disks?
they may well make a pad yes.. if you can confirm the above for me
Sorry, it's a mk2 leon tfsi sport on an 06 plate! I don't know what size the discs are tho? Is there anyway to find out other than phyically measuring them? I'd guess that they're the same size as the FR brakes tbh, but i dunno for sure!
Just did a quick google, and came up with this thread!
Which says Front 312 x 25 Vented - PR-1LJ FN3 caliper
Rear 286 x 12 Solid - PR-1KZ
You busy? Nah joking, not in much of a rush anyhoo! Checked my pads and there seems to be about 40% left atm, but when they're gone....... Meant to ask before what sort of life will i get out of these pads? Will they last as long as the oem (road use only)?
Ooooooo now the missus really doesn't have any excuse!!!! Lol. Question is tho have you had chance to see if they make em for my car? I tried looking on the ferrodo webby but i get some cgi error or something when i try to use their application checker thingy!
Any joy Bill?
