New headlights

So i was thinking to install xenon lights before winter and now i need a pair of new headlights. Already got original H4 lamps, but i was thinking more like a projector? ones. Those are just so hard to find! i mean reasonably price (and looking) ones.

There are a few headlights with D1S bulbs, but i dont want to use those (problem with inspection). I need a projector ones with H <-- bulbs on it, that i can change halogen bulbs before inspection, and change xenon ones back after that hopefully you understand what i mean..

And im pretty much not interested about those "tuning/led" ones..

No idea. I just get a bulb and stick it back in when the original blows. I love the angel eyes that you get on the 2000 bmw 5 series. Why do they have xenon and all that if they don't pass the mot or is it that they're only permitted on cars were they were fitted as standard?

Pretty much yes, speacially in Finland, dont know how it´s in other countries.
Biggest problem for me is, that i need automatic light height adjustment? for the xenons.. i got only that manual one and i cant pass inspection with that.
