plus delivery yes.. BUT it will rise a little due to extra parts/work being done to them now
What is the best day and time to call you to have a chat?
tomorrow pm should be ok
Evo2 version of manifold tested on lupo again... (poor ickle thing)
Max power remains 370bhp level, but is holding longer in the rev range.. Blue plot Evo2 mani
Good work work Bill impressive to see you've got more out of it by using even less boost showing the EVO2 efficiency.
Does it glow up red like the Relentless?
Have you had any other results yet? Hoping to get an idea of what I might get.
We still on for the 23rd?
any idea how long till this batch are ready bill?, itching to get my car back on the road, lol
Bill Ive seen a few threads lately saying the 1st lot of manis wasn't flowing as well as they should, what revisions have been made to the V2 and have the issues (if there actually was any) been smoothed out?
Are the V2's going to be sold at the same price as the V1?

These are on hold Currently.
Much testing underway these past 10 days
Lupo results, whilst deadly repeatable on it & impressive numbers, the Gen2 version helped its sustained top end, for no overall power gain, however this top end sustained power is not repeating on other cars. Why this is, is what we are working flat out to try and understand.
I am doing a lot of testing currently to try and figure out why one car works well, yet others work less well.
Im sure you will find a resolve, at least your testing and working on it.

I may pop over tomorrow Bill
So, is it not working as well on cars YOU have tested? Or cars tested elsewhere?
Hope everything turns out well dude, all the **** you've been getting on Facebook is uncalled for imo.
Totally Agree with this!
The facebook nonsense is very upsetting..
I am not engaging with FB posts, I am actively trying to figure out wtf is different beween lupo which seems incapable of not making great power vs other cars..
I have customer cars here currently in for work which includes manifold. I have replicated the reported issue to some extent in terms of high rpm torque drop off.. egts remain excellent considering the power is right side of 300bhp, but its not doing what the lupo did.
Until I have concluded tests, I wont say anything. Testing on an LCR here, on updated Gen1-2 conversion has got the results within hairs breath of another LCR here on relentless v3, but these levels are not like lupo. Thats what I am trying to get my head round currently and further mods are being made to check, and make mechanical spec as close as is possible to lupo.
What the manifold is from these other tests so far, is lower power than a relentless v2 for example but it is far more robust a unit. Perhaps some sacrifice in outright performance ability vs reliability from cracking is where it will end up market wise.
Anyone reading the fb stuff would think this problem was known and caused intentionally. It most certainly was not, and I am massively frustrated at how the lupo aum bog stock smallport motor which I consider a "normal engine" and has always been metronomic in its consistency previously has done so well, where other engines can't replicate it. I sure as fcuk did not want it to turn into the nightmare its turned into.
great stuff bill, have you got comparison pics of version 1 and 2?, just interested in having a look, I'd rather have a manifold that lasts a good while.
I think anyone that is upgrading there manifold, will notice a big difference.
Can you send mine to me first please, lol, i actually need a manifold as mines cracked and dont want to fit a standard one
I fully agree the FB is getting out of control but the main thing is your looking into it & i know you will get to the bottom of it
