just the manifold? I dont do just the manifold in terms of supply

I only sell the package, I don't sell the manifolds separately.

no, and its not designed to be used with a std manifold. Pointless.
47mm inlet on this turbo to match high flow gen2 chinafold.
why would you want to choke a high spec k04 hybrid with a stock manifold?

Still can not decide on turbo for my build.
I have TT Mk1 Q , rebuild and forged 1.8T engine ready for more power. My aim is to 350BHP. Daily used car.
First I wanted K04-064 from TFSI . Now I see this hybrid K04...
Forgetting that K04-064 will need more work to fit and custom modifications needed But I wonder the spool and overall reliability K04-064 won't be more promising in Your opinion?
nope,. 064 conversion is a waste of time and a LOT more work.. pointless. For the effort of fitting one of them you could go proper bigger framed turbo.
I compiled a graph of power graphs from 1.8lt engines using k03, k03s, k04, Bill your k03 (320bhp) hybrid. The engines are remapped, standard tip, high flow filter, standard manifolds with high flow exhausts with the exception of yours Bill. I compared the powergraph from this thread to my chart and this setup isn't too far behind a stock k04 turbo for torque and power until 3200rpm then it takes off and holds strong out til 7000rpm. Much better than a Garrett and a stock k04 remapped gives a good dose of bottom end torque so this setup is doing very well in that respect.

no such thing as avg egt on different cars. Large variance I see.
Happy setups high 800's during a pull and repeated run tip in to the 900's...
stage2 cars on stock will run hotter..
Lupos, which is the test mule was low 800's at the 400bhp level. Its an exceptional setup.
What results with Your setup on this B5 package? (I mean without WMI and n/a inl. cams)?
Im afraid I cannot comment after having my engine forged ready for AET 380 some dosy cow ran a red light in to my car ,total write off . cat c
I still have car and will be breaking it all soon as I'm in the process of moving house atm.
The AET 380 is still in box , engine had IE forged rods and full rebuild rings stem seal shells etc. I had just run in on actuator pressure ready for mapping and that happened a few days later!
Totally gutted to say the least.!
