Badger5 have commissioned these stainless steel fittings to complement and ease fitment of higher flow in-line pumps so OE style fitment can be achieved.

Ideal for mk4 platform cars like leon/golf/a3/tt where the stock fuel filter location is just fwd of the rear beam on rhs of car underneath.

These stainless steel fittings have been designed to allow common pumps such as Bosch 044 and some Walbro, DA31 pumps, which utilise m18 inlet and m12 discharge screw end fittings.

Price for these fittings is: £60 inc vat and includes the copper sealing washers plus postage
Uprated Pump inc fittings is: £185 inc vat

Stock filter easily relocates into front engine bay location, spliced into the feed pipe to the fuel rail.

Uprated Pump inc fittings is: £185 inc vat

    AVAILABLE from stock now.

yes, fuel pump has no effect on map, unless its not delivering enough fuel to support 3bar fuel pressure +another 1.6bar peak boost pressure

inlines like pictured have massive over capacity for a k0x hybrid

if I understand your question, this is exactly how it is used.. std in tank pump remains, and feeds this inline pump which boosts pressure.

basically i think my fuel pump is failing, or slightly weak as the ecu is adding fuel, and im maxing out the injectors,

so i would either use this or, buy a new pump lol

So could I use this instead of upgrading to the LCR pump for LCR injectors? And would my fuel gauge still read ok?

    eh??

these are fittings to add to an inline pump, instead of fitting an LCR pump which is'nt much over an ibiza one anyhows.. so in tank pump remains undisturbed so yes, nothing effects fuel gauge reading if you dont touch the in tank pump.

I dont know for fact what APR's pump consists of.. but have heard rumours of said.
If you have a known faulty weak in tank pump, would you rely on it to pump fuel to the secondary ??

    I know I would'nt

quick update showing the fittings on a DA-31 pump (305ltr/hour pump) which has same m18/m12 fittings as the bosch 044 unit.

this install is on a mk3 ibiza cupra-r which is in for my stage 3 software.
mounting location is where oe ibiza fuel filter lives, clipped on the rear of the fuel tank.
litterally, unplug the filter, plug fittings onto the inline fuel pump, splice 2 wires onto existing tank feed which is just above, feeding wire thru a conveniently placed blank grommet, and you get a nice pretty much as simple as it gets, uprated inline fuel pump.

couple of snaps off my iphone, all i had around me, but you should get the idea

    This kind of pump:
    OR
    [IMG]

both available for variable ~£100 off ebay if you search

Higher flow, easier to fit than having to mess about with the in-tank pumps (safer), no worries about disturbing the fuel sender float... and plenty of fueling to suit any mods you're likely to throw at the car.

add my fittings to one of these, for plug and play upgrade.
    simples

Price for these fittings is: £50/pair inc vat and includes the copper sealing washers
    Pump for around £100

Cheaper than an LCR pump, and a lot more flow too.

    :D

Where can I then put the fuel filter? Or do you just delete it?

But then I will need more fittings to get suitable piping made up to go from the top of the fuel feed line in the bay?

    no you dont.
the tail ends on the filter are exactly the same size as the ID of the fuel feed pipe, so cut the pipe, insert the filter and clamp the hose onto it with hose clips, and the jobs done and neat.
