    Thoroughly tested beyond ANY other "copies" which are now starting to appear which are made from lesser quality materials, flimsy silicon which require wire reinforcing etc.... 25% Larger than 3" TIPs :D

    **Latest** We have decided to double the tooling on these so production qtys can be increased to satisfy demand. As soon (and more often before) they arrive, they are sold.. If you want one, particularly black or red, you will need to place your order payment to secure one from the next batch to avoid disappointment.

    Fresh off the mould tools the new 80mm TIP is a one piece silicon TIP, plus its Billet Adaptor & clips.

    This is the evolution of the 3" TIP © as was, but now simplified into a one piece Silicon hose. The increased bore size of 80mm maintains MAF Sensor Internal diameter straight through to the turbo intake, increasing airflow as proven with the 3" TIP previously. The 80mm Silicon TIP replaces the 3" multi-component version for all ESP equipped rhd cars.

    The TIP fits to std airbox or induction kits and cone filters. Some trimming to suit may be required to tailor to the car.

    Latest Dyno of an S3 on the 80mm B5 TIP only mod made, previously JR & normal silicon TIP, on stage 2 REVO (early revo 4bar code). Cars setup on B9T9 plus 4.5deg more ign on unisettings (ealry revo 4bar code was conservative compaed to current stage 2s)
    Torque AND Power gains across the board, and reduced spool time.. MORE TORQUE EVERYWHERE ;)

    bill are these showing anymore airflow over the mk1 version, sounds a silly question but with the smooth design on the inside you never know?

    slightly, but the difference could as easily be attributed to measurement scatter.

    Are they 5mm ply? Bill can i have a red one without the jetex, ive already got one? Am i best to you to order?

    ok thanks bill a great result on improving the mk1 :funk:

    i wish m8 but im really after a 3" downpipe , just cant seem to justify the price of them. need a second hand one to crop up, hint hint people :D

    hybrid plus perhaps, with some work yes. Or V1 with mods..

    yeah me to. bill worked his magic and used my high boost to achive this, we then capped the boost to 1.4 bar because we didnt want to see engine rods. the dp wont really give me anymore power but it should bring the egt's down and hopefully more consistant power. mind you the badger5 tip allows the car to flow great airflow and achive good power figures.
