Hi, new to the forum and looking for help already. I have a 2012 Ibiza 1.2 cr tdi with an immobilizer prob, the car starts but cuts out immediately, there is a warning for immobilizer on the dash. I have a fault in engine ecu that its disabled and in the immobilizer that the engine is not authorised. The faults return if cleared. Am I correct that the immobilizer is in the instrument cluster. Anyone have any exerience of this fault and how to rectify.
