No horn lcr mk1

Hi guys am new here! I have tried all over the internet for help but no luck.
I have lcr mk1 bought it with no horn. Checked horns direct they work.
Checked fuses all good.
So i thought it’l be steering wheel clock spring. But there is no airbag light on as am aware if it was clock spring there would be airbag light on!

Update for someone who may have same issue! It was the relay! Even though it was clicking does not mean it works lol. But a new relay in and bingo it works lol
