No Window washer warning

Hello, my window washers stopped working the other day, and I starterd to investigate, funny thing was the rear washer worked but not front ones.... So i thought something was clogged..
Turns out when i filled up with little water, they started to work... So to my question isn't the car equiped with a warning symbol?? When the fluid is low??
I've read the manual swedish one.. Cant find anything about how to check when its low... So its just stops working when its almost empty... Great!

From experience on previous Seats, if you don't have the headlight washers, you won't have the low washer warning...you would have to find out the hard way. The rears still worked possibly because in the tube from the washer bottle to the rears, there was still some fluid.

Plus washer capacity of non-headlight wash cars, are very small, perhaps 2-3 litres only, compared to 5-7 on those with headlight wash. I remember emptying an entire 5 litre Halfords screenwash into the Leon, and...it still wasn't full.
