uprated clutch is a good idea... the guy that fills my bottle keeps asking if ive done a clutch yet lol...

you decide what gains you get from what jets you use, so i currently run just 40bhp jets as my engines close to its limit so i dont want to tip it over...

aim to get a wizards of nos kit if you can afford it they are by far the best of the best

Sorry not much help to your question... but..

Can you actually put nos on a diesel engine??? Just never heard of it being done before!

wonder why not many people with diesels bother with nos? always seems to be a petrol car kinda thing!

nos on diesels is even more more practicle as petrol because the engine doesnt have to be as stringent to get the gains!!! it only 389 quid for the WON kit to so sounds like an affordable way to get big gains

Check with your insurance company first too as not many will insure a car with nitrous

Although you get the big gains for cheapish price...

Isn't it LEGAL to have it on your car... but ILLEAGAL to use it on public roads???

Or have I just made that up in my head? lol.

not true at all totally legal to have and use :)

nope think your right i did hear that a few years back

also have to have stickers informing pople you have compressed gasses on board

which defeats the object of suprise :)

And this isnt true either unless you have a commercial vehicle like a van or pickup etc... normal cars dont need them :)

ibiza_95 is correct on both points that he stated above.
@ibizadoyle Why would you want to fit NOS that will only give you a short burst of power and is expensive to use when you haven`t even fitted a hybrid turbo yet which will give you a constant large increase in power with very little extra expense to use ?

You can add NOS to a deisel. Have a look at what Jason (Devonutopia) has done to his PD130 engined TDI Fabia. He injects NOS, then to add more fuel he adds Propane to the mix. He has got on a RR 260BHP, although the engine is now in bits (it went Bang at 'the Ring'), he is wanting to rebuild it with 300 BHP.

YouTube - Skoda Fabia TDI-Diesel Dyno run at 260bhp!

I dont think Jason is running Propane, he is running nos and water methanol tho.

could be wrong though and once he's got the new cams and hi-flow head sorted and even bigger turbo that thing will fly
