Not a SEAT, but here goes - My 2007 GTS Panther

This is one of my toys (the other is currently a 2003 Mini Cooper S which is for sale, and soon to be replaced by a Leon FR Tdi). Finished building it in summer 2007 and it took around 4 years to complete.

Was built by myself from the ground up, engine rebuilt from bare block, all running gear stripped and reconditioned. Probably represents around 1000hours work and counting.

Currently pumping out about 160bhp from the 2 litre pinto, which sees 0-60 in about 4.5secs. Engine is running megasquirt injection (essentially DIY fuel injection) controlling GSXR 600 throttle bodies.

Engine is being replaced this winter with a 200+bhp Duratec.

Mentally good fun in the dry, but not so much in the wet.....

Thanks, the 2l sierra engine could either be the pinto, or the later DOHC which isnt as tunable unfortunately.
