ODBEleven device needed

Can anybody recommend where I can get a suitable <cheap> android device that would be suitable to use with ODBEleven? New / refurb / second hand - doesn't matter.
I am an iOS user, and would just be buying the android device for this one application, so really don't want to spend very much. What's the minimum spec - would I be okay with a device with 1Gb RAM? Phone or tablet?

According to the ODBEleven web site:

APPLICATION

OBDeleven application works with all phones and tablets with Android version 4.1 and later. The system is using online databases so it requires good internet connection for fast and smooth work.

and as it connects to the dongle via Bluetooth you need to make sure the device has bluetooth working so best place I would guess is EBAY for a mobile phone.
