Here's my oil Catch Can, first time I've looked at it and it looks brown and smells of petrol! Is this normal? Or not sure what to expect in all honesty.

That is quite normal , in fact depending on how long you have had it fitted and how hard you drive that little amount is rather good !. It will smell horrible as its catching oil mist and water vapour.

Is your catch can baffled ?, if not you are still sucking that crap back into the inlet.

I'm not sure if its baffled I never fitted it. The last owner fitted all the mods to I'm kinda playing catch up with how things should work. I've my moments with putting my foot down and other times like to just drive changing at 2.5rmp.. I hardly drive n change gear at 5/6rmp unless I'm racing it but I do like the heavy foot from low rpm and then the turbo kicks in and it's then it either pulls or wheel spins or the clutch slips lol.. Its annoying. Unless it's a drive shaft issue as when it's in boost it revs up but the pull is less than it should be turbos hitting 2.0 to 2.5 on the gage so I know it's not the turbo. And it's always warmed up before I driven it and then when I do pull off I always wait till it's a temp if I decide to wanna give it some heavy foot time.

As said, that’s about normal. I check every couple of months and it’s like yours - except mines a diesel
