Some context and a more detailed description of the faults and symptoms would help.

Fuel rail pressure low is fairly self explanatory. Could be a pump issue, faulty pressure sensor or faulty regulator valve.

Not sure what you mean when you say 'engine cracking' though.

these were the only faults from dinostic test,..
the car keeps cutting out and hard to start
the car will not rev over 2.5 rpm when this starts to happen
this problem seems to happen after 10 mins of driving ,which starts with a lot of smoke from the exhaust.
then i get a message on the instrument panel saying engine must run....then turn ignition off

That message is usually a DPF problem, it needs to do a regen so it's telling you the engine must run.

If you interrupt a DPF regen it can cause problems.
