Piston rings or turbo?

I have a ibiza bjx
It's smoking from the back not sure if it's the rings or the turbo or both. I can't tell what it smells like maybe oil? Idk not enough expierance don't think it's sweet but idk. These are the compression results. Also the smoke is white I'd say Cold. Hot only added 5 psi
Cyl 1 120
Cyl 2 126 with oil 150
Cyl 3 125
Cyl 4 125

Also if it is the rings what's the cheapest way to fix this I doubt its a rebuild so a swap maybe but bjx engines don't come up often and when they do they are like 500 quid other side of country and with 100k plus so could I use any other engine codes with a straight swap? I know most would say scrap it but I need the car for work and I can't afford to scrap tbh

Pics attacked are from the smoke

The compression results are consistent, either valve stem seals or turbo or something else.

I'd look at the turbo first.

I put some additive in the oil to increase compression and the smoke instantly went away really so I'm guessing it was the rings now I just wonder how many miles I have until that won't do the trick anymore.
