depends how you drive it, but if you dont hammer it 24/7 then you wont see much of a diffence

also take some time in looking at the other remap companys like GIAC, Jaba , custom code

cheers

There's so much choice now, Revo is very popular and is easily reverted to standard when taking it to the Stealers for a service. But there are also: APR, Jabba, Custom Code, Upsolute.................................

As already posted it will depend on how you drive it, if you're being very aggressive then you'll obviously use more fuel however driving it normally you'll see very little difference. Some users even say they get better fuel economy!

Have a look at our website for your nearest dealer and go and give it a go!

The thing is:

Your getting it revod

Thats going to give you a heavy right foot for sure!

Thats going to use alot more petrol up.

I dont think its a question about if it makes the engine more economical beacuse its going to change your driving style for sure.

Maybe a stupid question but why would you want to revert the ecu back to standard when taking your care to seat for a service? Does it there for cost to have it put back on?

you don't actually take it off you just turn it off so there diagnostic systems don't recognise it's chipped cause this invalidates warranties and some refuse to work on modified cars. All you do (via the sps systems) is turn it off before you go to the dealers and at the flick of a switch turn it back on when you leave :D

You can buy an 'SPS' which is a plug in dongle that switch's it back to stock map.

Handy to be able to switch back so the dealer doesn't guess it's remapped and therefore argue that he won't honour your warranty ;)

im thinking of investing in an sps3 after near misses today in the damp, to revert to stock for winter/rainy days.

I cant remember what my fuel was like before rwevo plus petrol prices have gone up too so you pay more but get less now! You canty help putting your foot down though! Yesterday i took a friend to get the revo trial for his ibiza cupra and he couldnt stop smiling and sayin how great it was! It wont be long until he has the full program
