PM not working

Having problems with the PM can anybody help? i have about 20 posts.

Firstly are the people you're trying to contact allowed to use the PM system i.e. >10 posts and secondly if they are, have they changed their preferences to allow PMs to be received?

With the number of posts that i have made am i allowed to use the PM?

Yup, basically you only joined the forum yesterday, and in that time you've made 23 posts, which qualifies you to become a Full Member, but the software works on the internal clock, and checks every 24 hours.

Once it checks again, and see's you qualify, it will upgrade you.
