Hey guys
I have noticed pretty recent that whilst the engine is running and i rest my foot on the clutch pedal i can feel a slight mechanical rumble
strange thing is its intermittent and sometimes affects the smoothness of gear change
the car is on 65k and supposedly had a clutch change somewhere along the line (no proof).
Im stage 1 rtech and soon to be going stage 2+ so i will be replacing the clutch and flywheel
anyway
Im guessing that the previous owner only had the clutch changed as a cheap fix and now the flywheel has been put under more strain due to the remap and new clutch
I Also from time to time get the bearing noise that goes away when the clutch pedal is pressed
And one last thing i get the same noise as i did in my old mk5 gti when lifting up the clutch pedal to move away there is a fast throbbing sound when the bite point is reached up to 5 mph
