Hope this helps a few people out...

Currently the forum has a post limit of 25 posts before you can upload pictures directly to the forum (1.5MB per file limit) so if you're just starting out you can host pictures externally and just add the link onto the forum that way.

Externally hosted pictures (Uploading direct to forum further down)

Find a website that uploads pictures, for this guide I am using ImgBB but others include Photobucket and IMGur to name a few

I go to the website and select the picture I wish to upload
    Images1.jpg
Once the file is uploaded you should be given a list of options to choose from, for this I choose BBcode Full Linked
    Images2.jpg
Now you need to copy that link into a browser (IE, Chrome etc)

Once copied into a browser you need to copy the link to your image, you will need to make sure you include the http:// and the .jpg or .png depending on what your image was (see below)

    Images4.jpg

Now paste that new link into your browser to make sure the link works ok, now go to your post on the forum and click on the image icon

    Images6.jpg
Once clicked a new window will show up and you paste your picture link into it and click insert

    Images7.jpg
Now you should have added that picture into your post (should show in the post so you know it works)

Hosting a picture on the Forum Directly

To upload direct to the forum it's alot easier (once you have passed 25 posts)

Load up your new/reply post and click on Upload a File
    Images9.jpg

Now select your image (PLEASE NOTE - we have a 1MB size limit per picture/file)

After the file has uploaded you will see the following below your post
    Images10.jpg
If you add multiple images they just go below each other

To add the image to the post click on Full Image one the cursor is where you want the image to be inserted
    Images11.jpg

Now you should see it appear in the post as the full image
