    Hi Damian.
I bought these coil overs in the beginning of April 2014, I think they maybe faulty. For example the ride has become extremely hard, over the last month or so, and there seems to be knocking coming from them, as if they cant keep up with bumps etc. Also if I leave the car idle for a while and push down on the suspension (front wing) it goes up/down as it should, but only once or twice then it goes rock hard?

    Regards
    Tom.

Ok well if you can find your invoice number or proof of purchase and give us a shout we can bring all you details up and then go down a warranty claim if needed.

The first thing I would do though would be to get a garage to check the kit over and remove the front dampers for testing if needed.

I am a fully qualified mechanic so no need for me to take it to a garage. I will see if I can find the original invoice.

Ok then the first thing I would do would be to inspect the kit and if needed remove the front dampers and check the resistance on them.

I think I will have to half dis connect the rear shocks and disconnect the fronts to check the rebound as I can't see any leaks.

Hi, I'm hopping to check my shocks over the weekend. If they are faulty, which i think they are, due to the car going rock hard once you depress the car once.
What is the process of another set being sent out/returns or can you upgrade to a better set/system?

    Regards
    Tom.

    Morning,

The warranty only covers replacement parts but there's two ways to claim, you can either send the faulty parts back first and then replacements are sent out or order replacement and then once the faulty parts are returned a refund is issued for the replacements.
