radio removal

hi,

i know this has been covered before, but i cant find it for this aura radio,

i just want to take it out, but unsure how, as it doesnt have any obvious holes for radio keys that i can see,

any help much appreciated :)

Right below the volume knob and the DX/Man button. Get an old credit card, cut it in to strips that are slightly smaller and insert them pointing towards the outside of the radio rather than straight in or pointing toward the middle of the radio. Once they're all the way in, the bits that are sticking out should be pointing inward (ie toward each other, rather than away). "Open" them up and it should release the clips inside. I stick my finger in the cassette slot and tug from there.

They're pretty stiff. When I did mine (and I'm not saying to do the same, just what I did) I was pulling it from the cassette slot and the whole bezel was trying to come off. That's when I knew I was doing it wrong. It was still a good tug to get it out when I did it right though

yea, i got it now :) haha i thought it was right when it clicked but once i got it out, i found out i was wrong :p

however now the wiring loom for the radio ive got isnt right and the adapter doesnt fit either! hahaha

soo gonna get it sorted on sunday :)
