Can't really find a fix on here for this issue, so hoping someone has had same or similar issue and hopefully a fix for it.
My Seat Ibiza 1.4 Mk3 2000 that I just got has an issue with the fog lights.
First off, the indicator is flashing between low light and strong light. This happens as soon as ignition is on. When the light switch for rear fog lights is pulled out (turned on) the indicator light lights up strong. When turned off indicator starts flashing again between low light and strong light. About 2 times pr. second.
There is no light in the fog light. Bulps has been checked and work fine (checked by placing in turn signal socket). Fog light sockets have been cleaned with no result. Also no voltage comming though when checking with voltmeter.
We thought about changing the light switch as read about on other posts about fog light failing. But since we also have the flashing indicator light and the other posts didn't, we're not sure how to proceed.
Hoping for a little help on how to proceed without having to take it to a mechanic that then spends HOURS ( and $$$$$ ) troubleseeking. Any Help is better than nothing ;o)
