I've found some Sach's shocks for £80 a piece, but also came across Bilstein's for £50, is it worth paying a bit more for the Sach's?

What model Sachs? cos they're standard fit on the FR, and 50 quid a piece new.

I'm not sure but europarts has Anschler rears for £64.99 a piece or Sach for £77.99 though.

Demon Tweeks have Bilstein B4 for £50.

Theres a few I've seen cheaper but they are brands I've not heard of.

Couldn't spot Sachs on Auto doc/ carparts4less but bilstein are around £33 and koni £47. Assuming you are after Shock absorbers and not springs.
Complete set of sachs springs was £160 for the FR

Just had a look, there are 2 different prices on carparts4less on Sach rear shocks, £53.30 and £52.06, Bilstein £54 and Anschler £39.38.

Which are the most recommended?

Hit the 'fitment detail' button and it'll tell you one is;

for OE number- 1K0 513 029 FM, for OE number- 1K0 513 029 MS,

Suspension- for vehicles with sports suspension

and the other isn't.
