I refitted mine (20VT FR) as it had popped off the joint under the airbox.
Sisters 2004 1.2 has the same fault - however boot joint is ok and I couldn't locate the join in the engine bay (or the hose routing for that matter), I was expecting it to be the same as my FR. Anyone know if there is different routing on the 1.2 to other models?
get your fingers on it where it meets the bottom of the rear screen & give it a good yank mate, works for me every time i have to take it off. just if the clips come off the trim & get stuck on the holes theyre an absolute tw*t to get out.ok need help haha.
pipe has popped off in the boot. iv taken the 5 screws out but cannot for the life of me get the trim off. I know everyone says just pull firm and hard but does anyone have any other advice on getting the boot trim off?? like the best spot to start from etc. iv spent a while now trying to remove it and havent unclipped even one clip.
i couldnt find it on my 1.2 either. its on in the boot & rear quarter so its gotta be split at the front but i cant see where for the life of me. ive gotta take the inner wheel arch off this week so ill have a look in there for it & let you know wether i find the pipe in thereI refitted mine (20VT FR) as it had popped off the joint under the airbox.
