rear window help

Hi hope someone can help my rear windows will not completely go up . it looks like they are out of alignment they will go so far then they are catching on the trim and its triggering the anti-trap can they be re-aligned and if so any guidance would be helpful. as i need to sort this today. as i have a long drive tomorrow

Hi you can try lowering both windows together and trying to go past down for a couple of seconds then both up together again tying to go past up for a couple of seconds to syn them.vaseline on the inside of the guides may also help ,worth a try
