Relay Noise... what is activated Relay?

Dear expert friends.
My car is Seat Ibiza 2014. I hear the relay noise itself in my car on the road. Something is Activating the relay or deactivating.
Please listen to the voice at the following address on youtube and help me? i want to fix that problem

I hear that voice on road when air condition, headlights, sound system or signal are not active

I did not reply as I do not have any good ideas, but maybe start by finding out which relay covers which function and remove some or all that are not required to keep the car running safely, if that cures that problem, start selectively refitting the relays that you have removed.

No easy fix I’d think, good luck!
