Hi,

Interested in remapping my Seat Exeo - it's the 2.0 diesel, 170bhp version. 2009 car.

This is 50% for performance and 50% for mpg; don't want to risk reliability or longevity though.

Google throws up a wealth of companies all offering remaps that seem similar on paper. Superchips seems to have reasonable reviews. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice?

Thanks!

Tommo

The usual

Maps - Revo, apr, rtech - these will always come up in the vag world when asked this question.

Tuning box - dtuk, bluefin,

Remaps better than a box, all are proved, plenty of users with all of the above

Thanks very much! Hard to know what the best bet is but I'll start with those three. Revo look good at first glance.

anyone has experience with Darkside developments in Barnsley?
They made my exhaust on my Exeo and it was flawless! I’ve had numerous exhausts over the years but the quality of the Darksides work wins hands down. I’d definitely go to them for a remap as above they know their stuff and specialise in VAG. When I had my Exeo (140bhp model) they said they could map it safely to 180-190bhp, insisting they would rather do a good map then go and chase figures like some companies and potentially cause issues!
