Anyone any experience in this? £1 was placed down a vent by a wonderful 3 year old and its just beyond reach of tweasers and hoover isn't powerful enough to get it but it fairly rattles.

Anyone had to remove a vent to get access?

I have removed the side and rear vents but not the middle ones.

What leon do you have (facelift or prefacelift)

If it's the outer passenger vent it pulls out, use a plastic trim tool to remove it.
The centre vents are a bit more involved there is a link to the workshop manuals on this forum.

Can you get your hands on forceps or long nose pliers? A pair of forceps are brilliant for picking bits out that fall into nooks and crannys, and they lock shut.

Yeah forceps are great for this sort of thing. I’ve got some as part of my detailing kit... and for feeding the snakes, but the fact they lock closed makes them really useful for getting random stuff out of random places.
