Replace Drivers Window

Some scum bags broke my drivers side window last night to steal my dash cam.
Is this something I can replace myself?
The door card looks a little tricky, but do I have to take it off fully?
I will have to take the door card off at the bottom as my door rattles now

As as side point does anyone know why Autoglass won't replace it? They say they are only doing insurance and fleet vehicles

When my side window got smashed, I just called autoglass. They took my car reg and just did it through my car insurance. Think I ended up paying £99 though as I'd already had a windscreen for £75.
