Internal fuse box block melted from fan mechanic looked at it before and suggests it was a bad/loose block causing it to heat up and then melt rather than blow. Was checked with voltmeter etc said everything seems fine and it points to this.
How safe or worth while replacing that bad block with a crimped blade connector to see if it sorts the problem have a replacement fuse box here but I've been told it's a good but of cash to take out and replace
