Reversing bulb

Hi, has anyone replaced the reversing bulb and upgraded to an LED one? The reversing light on my car gives off less light than a candle. All other lights on my car are LED, don’t understand why Seat didn’t just chuck an LED one in for reversing as well.

My car is a 2020 Leon Cupra ST 300

Most people swap them out for these on FL Leon - this is what I have fitted:

OSRAM 9213CW-02B LED Premium Retrofit, weiß, M, Set of 2 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01LX8OQEN/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_api_i_VG9YEbKJ7XSSG

Only slightly better than OEM in terms of output, but at least aesthetically it matches the remainder of the LED outputs. Overall a poor design, with smaller bulb on FL vs pre-FL, especially with only a single bulb.

This post was for the pre-FL; if you change the P21W bulb it did make quite a difference.

However on the FL it’s a W16W bulb that is required, and doesn’t make so much of a difference in light emitted

Better set up on Audi A3 with 2 reverse lights.

Not really noticed to be honest - I have the volume reduction set to maximum when the car is in reverse.

Bought some of these recently for my wife’s Kia Sportage, was so impressed bought myself some for my Cupra

1200LM per bulb, very bright.

I have just purchased one of these from ABD so fingers crossed it fits and gives off better light than the existing bulb
