that looks fantastic rob. does the 034 cover also cover up all the N249 gubbins as well as the coil packs or does it all need to be removed?

My camera is a Casio Exilim 7.2 megapixel, great camera.

Many thanks for all the kind comments, I'll be at Star this Sunday for the RR day/meet if anyone wants to look around it! :D

Nice I have the Exilim 10.1mp  Howd you get the blurring? Manual focus? Looking forward to meeting you at Star Rob. :coolthumb:

Here's the latest pics of my engine bay, I sent some stuff off to be chrome-plated over the winter, finally it arrived back so I got it fitted, 3 parts in all - cam cover, upper charge pipe made for me by Pro Alloy to my drawing and an intake manifold bracket.

Overview:

K&N Apollo with 90mm feed, vacuum distribution block, Forge oil separator tank (modified Pulsar GTi-R tank) ...

Going to send the Forge tank off to be chromed too - there is a HUGE difference between chrome and polished alloy. Tank will be chromed before the F&M show in the summer! :D

Engine bay looks stunning.

How did you have to modify the oil seperator tank? I'm guessing one line goes to the rocker cover, one to the sump and one to breather filter tucked away somewhere?

Ok - I wasn't happy with the Piper 4" slashcut tailpipe, it was too short and didn't look right in the bumper cutout. So rather than change the whole exhaust again, I contacted a nearby firm called 'Stainless Creations' who make just about anything, but mainly custom exhausts. I found them by looking around Yell.com. They are based in Falkirk, a 20 minute drive from me.

I went out this morning, they agreed that the tailpipe was too short, so they brought out some tailpipes and we agreed on a large oval which fitted the cutout perfectly. They offered to do the job right there and then, so I agreed and they've done a first-class job.

They tacked it on and asked me to check it looked ok before welding it up - end result is the look and sound are both perfect, it's a little quieter inside the car now, probably due to being slightly longer and differently shaped, but for me it's perfect. :funk:

Very friendly and helpful guys, good to deal with, happy to recommend them to anyone. I'm going back next month to have them make up some one-off intercooler pipes for my setup, to get rid of most of the silicone bends.
