Mine also has that Rear Pad wear issue (or problem!).
It now has 55.000 km, and wear is noticiable since 45.000km.
Specially when I brake while going in reverse.
I will not complain since it could be wear.... but i saw a similar problem on my previous car (Audi A2) which changed front pads after 15.000km... after changing it, it lasted at least 30.000km more (since I sold the car with 45.000km, and the pads showed no wear at all)
