The SEAT EXEO is a D-segment model which does not replace the SEAT Toledo.

Doesn't replace it, and no formal announcement saying the Toledo is dead and buried yet.

Reading into it and past PR, SEAT are vastly expanding their range of cars. Expect several new models over the coming few years.

Can I be the first to say "if it looks like that sketch, I'm definitely having one".

Although, it is a saloon and not a hatch.

Two questions, though: Cupra? Touring?

ditto(except having one) would look really nice in estate form, not a million mile away from Volvo,I like the high sides and low roof line. hatch would be a nice option should estate not be.

Yeah, I like the high waist on t'volvo. A touring would look a bit "longer Brera"-ish. I doubt they'll do one though - tooling cost too high, plus treads on both Audi's and other SEAT model's toes.

New Superb's dual boot thingy would be good...

:bleh:

Someone always says it somewhere, then the prototype comes out and everyone says "shame it doesn't look like the drawing", then the real on comes out and everyone says "shame it doesn't look like the prototype".

They are planning on doing both a saloon and an estate version.

In addition to the saloon, there will be a family version

Family version would indicate an estate really. 2 kids and a dog :cartman:

I wonder if they'll resurrect the name Vario :D
