007 service kit... does that mean you have a Forge diverter valve? Have you tried a stock DV to see if that cures it?

Yes I have the 007 dv a hard swap now the n249 delegate has been done yes I've done a old n75 swap but to be ideal I'm guessing it needs to be a new unit

Is the N75 in round the right way and have you the right version ?

C: 058 906 283C Older 1.8T
F: 058 906 283F Newer 1.8T
J: 058 906 283J 1991 Audi 200Q 5cyl. 3B engine
H: 058 906 283H 1995-97 Audi A6Q; 92-94 Audi 100Q 5-cyl. AAN engine code

The H will have a big spike, then drop back down to normal. So the boost will come in a little sooner/harder. The only problem is that it does this at partial throttle also.
The J will give you a good boost in PSI over the whole curve, BUT, for many people it doesn't work and they end up surging all over the place.
The MBC would throw you into limp mode any time you went partial throttle, maybe that's what happened...
